Available for Ripon YMCA tenants only.
From 5pm to 9am on a weekday, and from Friday 5pm to 9am on a Monday on weekends.
The NPA 24/7 team are available to respond to emergency situations for our tenants. We also ask that emergency services report any incident or situation to the NPA team.
NPA will provide assistance to our tenants and arrange emergency responses as required. For example arranging an emergency plumber or supporting the tenants to phone the fire brigade. The NPA team also have the personal details of staff and other emergency contacts.
The NPA 24/7 dedicated phone number is available to our tenants on site.
